Shipping & Returns

Order Processing:

We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase.

 

Delivery Time:

After shipment, you can expect delivery within 2 - 4 working days for urban areas. Rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

 

Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Shipping Costs:

Urban shipping is free, while rural shipping incurs a $5.00 charge.

 

Delays:

Please anticipate potential delays of approximately 1 week during peak periods, such as Christmas or public holidays.

 

Returns:

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges for products within 1 week of item received. 

 

Damage or Wrong Item:

If your item is damaged during shipment or if we sent you the wrong item, please contact us at seazennz@gmail.com with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Return Process:

For returns, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss the matter. Used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded, and change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for refunds.

 

Faulty Items:

If your item is deemed faulty under the discretion of Sea Zen, we will replace it at no cost to you. Evidence must be supplied in the form of a digital image.

 

Breakages:

In the case of breakages during shipping, please send a digital photo of the breakage/s to seazennz@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We may, at our discretion, send a replacement item/s.

 

Please note:
  • We take great care in packaging orders for delivery, but slight imperfections or variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

  • Sea Zen is not liable for any improper use of products after purchase.

  • All customer comments and feedback may be used by Sea Zen on any medium platform.
