Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required when placing an order.

 

​Order Cancellations & Charges

​Used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for refunds. If you mistakenly order the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

 

Returns & Breakages

​We do not accept refunds for change of mind but offer exchanges. Returns must be made within 1 week of purchase with the original receipt. Damaged or wrong items will be replaced at no cost with supplied evidence.

 

Delivery

Shipping costs are specified for urban and rural areas. Orders will be sent out within 48 hours, with delivery expected within 2 - 4 working days (longer in rural areas). 

Shipping Costs:

Urban shipping is free, while rural shipping incurs a $5.00 charge.
